During a severe thunderstorm in rural Chile, a 47-year-old farmer was struck by lightning while praying in his field. He survived with only minor burns, but the rosary in his hands had melted into the shape of a perfect cross.
Local priests are investigating, and the object has been placed on display in the town’s chapel. The man, who had been in depression for years, now says, “I was remade in that flash. God gave me back to my family.”
