Jerusalem — Over 50,000 pilgrims from diverse religious backgrounds gathered in Jerusalem for an interfaith pilgrimage aimed at fostering understanding and unity. The event, which spanned a week, included joint prayers at iconic sites such as the Western Wall, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
“We are walking together on a journey of faith and peace,” said Rabbi Eli Goldstein, one of the event’s organizers.
The pilgrimage concluded with a symbolic planting of olive trees, representing peace and reconciliation. Participants have called for the event to become an annual tradition, highlighting Jerusalem’s unique role as a shared spiritual home.
