During a large baptismal service in western Kenya, the usually brown, murky river turned turquoise blue for nearly an hour. Over 200 believers witnessed the change, including local scientists who tested the water and found no natural explanation. Video footage shows the color shift precisely during the group’s worship.
The regional bishop called it “a visible sign of renewal.” The site has since become a pilgrimage destination, and the government is installing pathways to accommodate visiting worshippers.
