Pope Francis officially inaugurated the 2025 Jubilee Year by opening the Holy Door at St. Peter’s Basilica on December 24, 2024. The Jubilee Year, themed “Pilgrims of Hope,” invites the faithful to make pilgrimages and participate in various religious events throughout the year.
