Following a devastating earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria, Christian aid organizations have been among the first responders, providing food, shelter, and medical assistance to survivors. Groups such as Samaritan’s Purse, World Vision, and Catholic Relief Services have set up emergency relief centers to assist displaced families.
Aid workers are delivering blankets, food supplies, and emergency medical care to thousands of survivors, many of whom lost their homes in the disaster. Christian volunteers are also offering spiritual counseling to those grieving the loss of loved ones.
“We are here to be the hands and feet of Jesus,” said Dr. Sarah Collins, a medical missionary. “People are not just in need of physical help, but also of hope.” The response from the global Christian community has been overwhelming, with churches raising funds and sending supplies to support relief efforts.
